HOW TO WORK TOGETHER 

 

 

We can start to work together very quickly especially if needed (Fraud case). 

The process will start with an introduction to Data Analytics and an assessment of your needs. 

We then can decide on a list of relevant tests and put them in place and manage them in line with your strategy.

For all our services providing, our contract will come with an NDA and a DPA (Data Protection Agreement) for GPD Compliance 

STEP 1 

 

During a free one hour introduction presentation, you can find out the fundamentals of data analytics and what is possible to do in your domain for audit or compliance. You will then have the ability to think about your needs and strategy. 

 

STEP 2 

 

Following this presentation and discussion about your needs in terms of tools and tests, we can make you a proposal to help you build your test framework. 

STEP 3

 

After an analysis of your data and your needs, we can propose you a list of relevant test to implement for approval. Then we can define how these tests can be managed (simple set up , assistance or outsourcing). Check the section " FIND OUT ABOUT OUR DATA ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS" for more details. 

 

STEP 4 

 

We implement the tests according to the terms we decided with you and in accordance to our project management procedures to guarantee the confidentiality and the compliance of your tests.
